These ankle weights are adjustable so you can start out light and add weight gradually as you get stronger. Ideal for hip strengthening exercises. Can also be placed around the wrists for upper body strength exercises. Strong Velcro band ensures a customized fit for your ankles so you can adjust them for a comfortable fit and won’t slide off.

These ankle weights are made of durable fabric and moisture absorbing material. The 5-pounders work well for most people. Choose the 7.5 pounders if you think you might need more challenge.

I’ve not tried this particular brand of ankle weights, but the reviews look solid. I’m recommending them because they offer the 7.5 pound option, which is no longer available in the brand I recommended previously. ~ Drew
