These lacrosse balls are ideal for massaging and rolling tight muscles. They also can be used to roll/massage the bottoms of the feet. Feels so good! Lacrosse balls are firm. If you prefer a softer ball, find an old tennis ball. However, I prefer these firmer balls. If the ball feels too hard, reduce the amount of pressure you’re applying. ~ Drew
