FAQ

Before You Start...

Consult with your healthcare provider before beginning your StayAhead workouts. There is risk with this and any fitness program and your participation in this program is at your own risk. Be sure your body is ready for active movement.

Yes! I send the StayAhead E-Newsletter every Sunday morning. Plus, you will receive an email called “This Week at StayAhead Fitness” every Monday morning.  I also send reminder emails two hours prior to every live class. Be sure these emails are getting to your inbox.

Emails sometimes go to a junk folder, or if you use Gmail, they may go to your “promotions” or “social” tabs. Look around your email program to see if you can find my emails which are from drew@stayaheadfitness.com. Be sure to “whitelist” or “safelist” my email address to ensure you’ll never miss my messages. Let me know if you still can’t find it. I’ll be glad to help.

You can “favorite” any video by clicking on the heart-shaped icon just below the video. Your favorite videos will show up at the top of your video library. WATCH THIS VIDEO.

I have a few different styles of workouts, each with a unique purpose. CLICK HERE to learn about the variety of workouts I offer.

  2. Go to Live Classes on the main menu.
  3. Click on the REGISTER button for the class you want to take.
  4. Enter your email address and name into the Zoom form.
  5. Click the REGISTER button. A new webpage will open with a link to the class.
  6. Click on this link immediately before the class start time. You also will receive an email with the same link.

All live classes are recorded so that you can view them at your convenience. CLICK HERE to see the live class replays in the video library.

Yes! Every week I send out a weekly calendar by email with recommended workouts and the live class schedule. CLICK HERE to view this week’s calendar.

Most of my workouts don’t require equipment other than a yoga or fitness mat. However, the STRENGTH classes use dumbbells, resistance bands, and ankle weights. Any equipment I recommend is relatively inexpensive and doesn’t take up much space.

Yes! For your convenience, your membership will renew every month or year, depending on which membership you signed up for. If you want to stop the auto-renewal, you’ll need to cancel your membership.

Easy! Use Airplay. Click on the Airplay icon below the video. Your device will locate your TV and you can select it to broadcast to. Read this article for more details.

The company I use for video hosting has a robust system that rarely goes down or has delays. It’s likely that the problem is with your computer, web browser, or Internet connection. Old equipment, old browsers, and poor Internet connections often are the problem. If your equipment is relatively new (within 5-8 years) and your operating system is up-to-date, then your equipment should be adequate. Try restarting your computer or clearing the cache on your Internet browser (INSTRUCTIONS HERE). If you try these suggestions and are still having video play issues, let me know and I will reach out to my video hosting company.

  2. Click DASHBOARD Click BILLING
  3. Click CHANGE PLAN
  4. Choose the membership you want.
  5. Note: Your credit card will be charged automatically for whichever plan you choose at your next billing cycle. Let me know if you need help with this.

  4. Enter a new name or email

Note: These instructions only change the email address for your StayAhead account. To change your email address for the weekly emails, click the UPDATE LINK at the bottom of any StayAhead email newsletter. Let me know if you need help with this.

    Click SECURITY
    Enter a new password
  1. Click “Forgot Password”
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter a new password
  4. Write down your email address and password in a secure place

  3. Click BILLING
  4. Click USE ANOTHER CARD
  5. Update your credit card
  1. LOG-IN to your account
  2. Click DASHBOARD
  3. Click BILLING
  4. Click CHANGE PLAN
  5. Click CANCEL

Note: You can rejoin at any time. However, you will lose the current rate you enrolled at when prices go up. Unsubscribing from the email newsletter DOES NOT cancel your membership. Be sure to follow the cancellation steps above to cancel your membership and avoid being charged the following month or year.

If you cancel BEFORE your 7-day trial ends, your credit card will not be charged.

If you cancel AFTER your 7-day trial ends, you will be charged for the current month or year, but you will not be charged again.
