
Fitness For Us
I’ve been teaching yoga and fitness for twenty-five years to thousands of people. I learned that our workouts need to change as we age. We need workouts that are challenging, yet safe and effective for our specific needs, which include:
- Strength for increasing muscle mass and bone density
- Flexibility for improved freedom of movement and pain reduction
- Balance for stability and reduced risk of falls
- Cardiorespiratory movement for heart and lung health and function
- Deep Breathing for increased breath capacity and stress reduction
