I’m a Colorado guy through and through. Being outside, hiking, cycling, and playing sports and games is just a way of life around here. From my early days, being fit for sports was a given. Now that I’m older, being fit is all about quality of life. Twenty-five years ago I started teaching yoga and fitness classes to people with similar goals to mine. Now, StayAhead Fitness is a thriving online community of people who are staying fit for our futures.

During my twenty-five years of teaching fitness, I learned the types of exercises that work best, and also what not to do. Injury prevention becomes more important the older we get.

No exercise program is going to solve every challenge of aging. However, I’ve noticed a huge difference in the people who do a few minutes of smart fitness every day versus the people who do workouts that are too intense or who do nothing at all. The middle ground really does work the best when it comes to keeping yourself fit and healthy for your future.

"Fit For Your Future" doesn't happen on its own. It happens because of our commitment to do a little bit every day to take care of ourselves.
