In a recent post, I discussed the distinction between lifespan and healthspan. Hip function is vital to increasing your healthspan.

The hips can begin to lose function as early as middle age. Weak hips pose serious consequences for everyone, not just seniors. But you can keep your hips strong and NOT fall behind.

In this hip function video, you’ll see me performing an  exercise that strengthens the hips and improves balance. You’ll get great results, in time, if you do this exercise once or twice a week. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
